Posting / Publishing An Article!

Once the blog is created you land up in this page
Posting and under which you have Create Post, Edit Post and Moderate comment options

Create Post
Under create post, you can write the article you want to publish. Enter the title of the post in the Title column. Type the content of the post you have intended to post. You can adjust the font size and colors of the fonts with the options provided in the top of the space provided for preferences.

Font - One can select the preferred font.
T - Size of the font
b - Boldness of the font
i - italicizing the font

Then you have color palette which helps you to change the color of the fonts.
You have page alignment, Left, center, right and Justified.
You have bullets to arrange in order.You have quotes.
You have spell checker.
You have picture and video inserter respectively. You can download pictures or videos to your blog using this.

On the content section on the top right corner, you have two options, Edit html mode or Compose Mode. If you are familiar with "Edit html" option you can use it or use the "compose" mode which will be even more easier.

Once done preview your content. If you are satisfied with the format, Click on the publish Post given below. If you are not complete with the article, you can "save now" and publish later.

How to create a Blog?

First and foremost thing that you should do before starting with a blog is to decide the topic on which you are going to blog about. It can either be general or specific genre/niche oriented. Once decide look out for hosting websites that help you to blog like Blogger, Wordpress, Joomla, ibibo and the like that help you to publish your blogs in their domain.

I use Blogger account. So I am going to guide you on how to create a blog using Blogger account.

To create a blog in Blogger account one needs to have Google Account.

Log in using google account user id and password in Blogger.

You will land up here in this page.

There are two steps to complete before starting to create a blog.

Fill in the details as requested in the page and click on to continue. Fill in the profile details and then click to continue. You will land up in this page.

Click on "Create your Blog Now" You will land up here!

Now give a title for your blog. Let your blog title tell precisely and clearly about what you are going to blog about. Let the title be crisp and catchy. If you are going to write about general thing let the topic be generalized, like thoughts, musings on something, reminiscence, day to day happenings, or you can choose the domain/niche, a photo blog, a tech blog, or entertainment, personnel, travel to name a few.

Once done give the url, let the url reflect the same as the title of the blog. If the blog url that you are trying is unavailable, try to give a name near to your blog title. Sometimes, the blogger may suggest options as well.

Once you have done that continue to the next step. Selecting the template. Once again you can select templates that is listed here in this page.

Or you may choose your template from free downloading websites. I will write about that once you have learnt how to work with the available template. For now we will chose one from the available templates and then continue to the next page. You will land up here.
